Electric Heater Base
The Electric Heater Base by Little Giant is a fantastic way to help prevent water from freezing during those cold winter months. It can keep your waterer unfrozen with temperatures as low 10 degrees F. It is designed for use with the little giant double wall founts ( sold separately ) and other all metal water containers.
The cord should be protected from your flock and other animals. This electric heater base should be used with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected outlet. The unit will not draw electricity until the temperature drops below freezing.
Use less than 1 amp per hour 16.25 inch diameter by 3.687 inch high
