High Performance Poultry Pak

Durvet High Performance Poultry Pak is a water – soluble vitamin and electrolytes mix. It is  packed with vitamin concentrate that can provide essential vitamins and electrolytes to your growing birds and other starting poultry. This is a complete balanced vitamin package that is meant to help your poultry during periods of reduced feed intake, and as a resource for your growing birds.

To Use: Mix fresh solutions daily. Automatic watering systems add the following amount to two gallons of stock solution when the proportioner is set to meter at the rate of one ounce per gallon.

REDUCED FEED INTAKE: one – 4 oz. packet

EXTREME CONDITIONS: two – 4 oz. packets
